Vi får följa larmoperatörer och ambulanssjukvårdare i deras dagliga arbete i mångmiljonstaden Sydney. Personalen vet aldrig hur en arbetsdag kommer att se ut och ställs dagligen inför nya, svåra utmaningar.
Serien hade premiär 2018 och varje avsnitt är ungefär 60 minuter. Totalt har 40 avsnitt sänts uppdelat på 5 säsonger och serien är i produktion så det kommer att kommma nya avsnitt.
